The restaurant owes its name to the first butler of Ferdinando I de 'Medici, Ser Biagio Pignatta. The restaurant, a short distance from the Villa and adjacent to the hotel, offers a class hospitality in the name of Tuscan tradition. In addition to the cozy dining rooms, the restaurant also boasts a terrace where guests can host barbecues and small events in the summer, and a gazebo overlooking a breathtaking view, perfect for brunch, business meetings and private dinners. Recently it has chosen to focus on the philosophy of the zero kilometer products, which is why Biagio Pignatta has a private vegetable garden of about 5,000 square meters for the supply of seasonal fruit and vegetables. So tradition goes hand in hand with the quality of raw materials and with the enhancement of local products and recipes of Tuscan culinary history, revisited with flair and originality.
