What's up - Genius loci - vitalità dello spirito etrusco

Published on April 20, 2026

Exhibitions, workshops, conferences, books, music, and hiking: a calendar of events that, until June, will allow you to discover and rediscover the museums of the Prato Museum Network under the aegis of the Etruscan spirit.

It is precisely the vitality of Tuscany's historical and archaeological roots that inspires Genius Loci. The Prato museum network, composed of the Parsec Foundation—with the Italian Museum of Planetary Sciences and the Natural Sciences Centre—the Museum of Deportation and Resistance, the Leonetto Tintori Museum House, the Soffici Museum and 20th-Century Italian Museum in Poggio a Caiano, the Francesco Nicosia Archaeological Museum in Artimino, the Museum of the Badia di Vaiano and MuMat, and the Museum of Textile Machinery in Vernio, once again integrates various cultural realities and scientific and cultural expertise to offer a comprehensive interpretation of the Etruscan heritage, exploring multiple perspectives.

Information and the complete programme are available on the Network's website www.retemuseidiprato.it.
